Russ has over 30 years’ experience with small business government contractors as a: i) CEO, ii) coach/mentor to In 1988 Russ founded a company (formerly PBC Inc., now ReliAscent LLC) that now has worked with over 500 clients throughout the United States. ReliAscent focuses on creating successful businesses using the SBIR program and other sources of Government funding as a source of capital for the growth and success of the business. Russ is a published author on “Allowability of Patent Costs for Small Business Government Contractors.”
Russ’ prior experience includes six years as CFO and financial V-P for CTA, Inc. (a systems engineering company that grew from 30 employees to over 700 during his tenure), six years as corporate controller for Hathaway Instruments, Inc. (a publicly held electronic manufacturing company), and four years as an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a former CPA in the state of Colorado, holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from University of Colorado, and holds both a B.S. and an M.S. in Business Administration from University of Northern Colorado. |
