ReliAscent LLC’s Response to COVID-19

To our Valued Clients,

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread in the United States, I want to assure you that ReliAscent LLC is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team members, their families, our clients and our community.

While safety is our primary concern, ReliAscent has taken steps to ensure continued service to our clients. ReliAscent is fully set-up for remote work as you may be fully aware through your previous work with the ReliAscent team.  At this time, ReliAscent’s office continues to be open. If closing our physical location becomes necessary for the safety of our clients, workforce and community, ReliAscent will immediately shift to fully remote operations. There will be no impact to the ReliAscent cloud or other tools used to service our clients.  ReliAscent’s long-time commitment to advanced technologies and a flexible work environment will allow us to remain available, responsive and agile in this time of uncertainty. During remote operations you may continue to contact and work with your ReliAscent team just as you normally would with the exception of in-person meetings.

We are actively monitoring the national COVID-19 outbreak and assessing local impacts. The governor of the State of Colorado has already declared a state of emergency in our state.  We are following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and regional authorities and sharing these recommendations with our team members so they can protect themselves, their families and our clients against the transmission of this virus.

While our goal is to maintain the highest level of service during this health crisis, we must remain flexible with our team members who require personal time off due to the spread of the coronavirus. If this should happen to a ReliAscent team member that you are working with, you can contact either your Account Executive, our COO, Audrey Oliver, or myself, and we will make sure there is a backup to help you. 

As this situation evolves, we will continue to provide relevant updates to you concerning our firm as necessary.
