The Department of Defense has reopened the SBIR/STTR 2021.1/A SBIR/STTR BAA for proposal submission through March 4. Full proposals must be submitted and certified in the Defense SBIR/STTR Innovation Portal (DSIP) no later than Thursday at 12 PM Eastern. Final proposal submission includes successful completion of all firm level forms, all required volumes, and electronic corporate official certification.
No additional action is required for any proposals which were already certified and submitted, unless changes are made to the firm certification information or proposal level forms. If changes are made, these proposals will need to be recertified and resubmitted.
All proposal submissions must be submitted through DSIP, at: https://www.dodsbirsttr.mil/submissions/login.
