# It's May 15th. Have You Started Your Incurred Cost Proposal Yet?

**If your Small Business had a Cost Reimbursable type contract in 2018, your [Incurred Cost Proposal / ICE Submission](https://www.reliascent.com/incurred-cost-proposals) is due 6 months after the end of your FY (per FAR 52.216-7)**.
