During the open Announcement period, no further direct contact between proposers and topic authors is allowed. However, proposers are encouraged to review relevant information and submit written questions through the SITIS Q&A System at https://sbir.defensebusiness.org/topics. In SITIS, the questioner and respondent remain anonymous, and all questions and answers are posted electronically for general viewing. Questions are limited to technical information related to improving the understanding of a particular topic’s requirements. Any other questions, such as those asking for advice or guidance on solution approach, will not receive a response.

The SITIS Q&A service for this Announcement opened on May 31, 2019 and closes to new questions on June 16, 2019. Proposing firms are advised to monitor SITIS during the Announcement period for questions and answers.
