There is a workshop/seminar being held in Loveland, CO next week to introduce the Northern Colorado region to the services available from the Colorado Procurement and Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). This workshop is being sponsored by the offices of the 2 Colorado Senators (The Honorable Mark Udall & the Honorable Michael Bennet). This is a perfect opportunity for small businesses to learn more about the services offered by the Colorado PTAC office. The PTAC can help small business obtain government contracts by providing assistance, education and guidance in obtaining contracts. I plan on attending just to become more familiar with everything that the PTAC office offers. The Colorado PTAC office is relatively new (less than a year old now) but already is benefiting small businesses across the state. Small business many times needs advice on how to meet stringent DCAA requirements.
